WHAT IS YOUR SOUL'S VALUE?

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
Mark 8:36-37
How much will you price your soul if some one wants to buy it from you?  What value do you attach to your being? How much are you will to give it out?
In selling and buying, each person wants value for property on one side and value for money on the other side. Therefore we can say that you sell something cheap if you do not value it. You give something out or sell it at a price based on the value.
From the Scripture above, how much do you think is the value of your soul and the souls around you? If the whole world is not worth the soul of a man, then why do you sell yourself for a little pleasure, money, fame and power? It will not profit you to sell yourself so cheaply. Value yourself and give all to the One who brought you here. He has a better reward for you and a Kingdom prepared for you. Carefully look through your life and ask yourself, "If today I die, where will my soul go?" "Will I have an abode with my Creator or I will be a cast away?"
Jesus loves you and for you He left His Kingdom and glory and became a poor peasant man, died a cruel and painful death but rose again the third day. God does not die but God became man and died to redeem you. Won't you value this and hand over your entire being to Him? Irrespective of your past life, He wants to give you a new beginning. Surrender today and enjoy the joy of having eternal life.
If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the fruit of eternal life. Pray to the Lord and He will gladly receive you. He is waiting with an outstretched arms. Jesus is calling you home today. Come, come, come home!
Come home, come home
He who is weary come home
Softly and tenderly Jesus is calling
Calling poor sinner
Come home
Prayer:
Lord Jesus, I thank you for the opportunity that you have given me to start a new life. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I ask You for your forgiveness. I surrender my life to you. I pray that come into my life and be my Savior and Lord. Thank you for saving me.
In Your Name have I prayed.
Amen
